Today, we're shining a well-deserved spotlight on a truly special agent within the Real community: Michele Bellisari. Michele isn't just a seasoned Realtor serving the Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach area; she's the sparkling heart and soul behind #SoooBoca Lifestyle & Media and one of Real’s standout agents.
Michele's story in Florida begins when she bid adieu to the ice-cold winters in Canada and made her way to the sunny shores of Boca Raton in 1978. Fun fact: Her family played a part in bringing watery fun to South Florida with Waterboggan, a thrilling water slide attraction in Pompano Beach! From then on South Florida became more than just a home, it became a lifestyle for Michele.
Michele's background is as diverse as it is impressive. She's worn many hats along her journey, from dabbling in interior design at the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale to earning her degree in Advertising at the University of Florida (UF). Before venturing into the world of real estate, Michele spent 13 years in pharmaceutical and consumer sales, covering a vast territory from Miami to Melbourne. As different as these learnings and careers may seem, they all formed a foundation built on connecting with people that would allow her real estate business to flourish.
Michele's start in real estate began in 2003 and she’s spent the last 20+ years helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She has been a guiding light for her clients during the best and hardest market conditions, allowing her to have a true pulse on and understanding of the market.
In March 2021, Michele made the switch to Real and ultimately changed her business for the better. Since then, she's not only been a force within the South Florida area, she's also played a larger role in contributing her knowledge and expertise to the Real community. Her dedication to her craft and her genuine desire to help others are qualities that set her apart. She loves educating and coaching aspiring agents, especially in niche real estate markets with strategies and tactics to grow their businesses. She's even created her own signature course, The Probate Real Estate Boot Camp, which is the ultimate guide for agents looking to expand their current businesses and break into specialized markets.
Beyond the world of real estate, Michele is a dedicated mom to her travel-loving daughters, Kylie and Halle Alessia. Living the Florida dream, she's also the perfect boating partner to her husband, sport fishing captain Andy Bellisari, on the Belli-Sea. When she's not navigating the real estate market or offering her insight and expertise to the Real community, Michele's out on the hunt for thrifted treasures, hunting down the latest Lilly Pulitzer sale, or indulging in the newest British drama series.
