Real Retirement
Real believes that the company’s long-term success is linked to the continued success of its agents. To ensure your success extends beyond your career, Real has established a program that enables agents to continue generating income in retirement. The program, launching in 2024, grants those who have been a producing agent with the company for a minimum of three years the ability to continue to collect their monthly revenue share payments after they are no longer actively representing clients, provided they maintain an active real estate license.

Willable Revenue Share
Real is always looking out for agents—and that includes looking out for their legacies. Through Willable Revenue Share, Real agents are able to plan for the financial future of their loved ones.Here’s how it works: For every full year of tenure with Real, 20% of an agent’s revenue share will be paid to their designated beneficiary; and that percentage increases with each year of tenure. After 5 years with the company, the percentage increases to 100%.

One Real Impact
One Real Impact is Real’s agent assistance fund that works to provide financial grants to Real agents when they need it the most. Any agent with Real can apply for a monetary grant funded by Real and their fellow agents.

• A grant from One Real Impact is never a loan
• No agent will be asked to pay back the funds received
